If the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, or if a customer refuses to provide required data, Virtexcapital reserves the right to suspend or deny access to its services, with or without prior notice. Certain features may be accessible without requiring full disclosure of personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all our services, tools, applications, and software. However, it does not extend to practices outside our control or to individuals or entities unaffiliated with Virtexcapital. Furthermore, this policy does not cover data belonging to the company’s founders, directors, staff, or employees unless they use the platform as customers, in which case the policy applies accordingly.
